Preschool Picnic

So we just went to the coolest pre-school end of year picnic ever!!  Although Chloe moved over to full day montessori, her old preschool still let her come to their picnic.  When I think pre-school picnic I think balloons and probably some play equipment.  What we got was crazy awesome:

 And even baby lambs to pet.

Oh and there was also a giant bounce house and a professional balloon lady.  Chloe asked her for a pink horse with purple hair.  She got it.  Man it was awesome!!  Probably best of all was that Chloe got to see her friends again after a month hiatus.  She has been having a really hard time transitioning to the new preschool so I think it was good for her to get some closure, and just have fun playing with kids she knows.  I also got some phone numbers for play dates this summer.  

How are we going to top this for her birthday party?!  

Answer: we probably won't, but I will sure try :)

Arizona

There have been very few posts lately because.......I went back to work!  It has been crazy busy!  I am still saving lives with organ donation but am on the analytical end focused on medical data analysis.  With a new job comes work trips.  I was super lucky that the fist one was to Phoenix Arizona during their spring (and our painfully lingering late winter).  Andrew took time off and we brought the girls down for some sun!  It was great.  I learned a ton on my work end, and really enjoyed every minute of pool time on the fun end.  I can confidently say that we spent most of our time in the pool.  I have very few pictures that are not in the pool :)  The first half we stayed in Phoenix, then moved over to Scottsdale for the second half.  It was a long couple of flights to get there (6 air hours, with a short layover in the middle) but the girls were rock stars as always.  

 There was also a sport court right by our room and the girls had a great time playing with the beach balls we bought.  If you asked Chloe what she wanted to do, the answer was either go to the pool, or play basketball.  

We definitely want to go back.  It was wonderful!
